This event gives us all an opportunity to recognise our colleagues for their incredible hard work and dedication over the last year, and who embody our icare and ilead values and behaviours, each and everyday.
This year, short listed nominees will attend a glamourous in-person awards ceremony!

There are thirteen awards categories – one for each of our icare and ilead principles – as well as two overall awards for the outstanding Employee of the Year award and Team of the Year award.
